This position is the result of the progressive growth and forward thinking of the Taylor Automotive Group.

The assistant manager is responsible for coordinating the workflow of the shop by ensuring that all vehicles are appropriately positioned in the repair process in order to have the vehicle repaired in a timely, quality and efficient manner.

Some tasks include, customer relations, organization of workflow, quality checks to standards, repair vs replace decisions, movement of vehicles in and around dealerships, and employee communication.
