Account Executive, Premium Seating - Winnipeg, Canada - True North Sports + Entertainment

True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a sales and service driven individual with a passion for sports to join our team.
The
Account Executive, Premium Sales & Service will be responsible for building meaningful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure the retention and growth of revenue.
Key deliverables include:
- Generate new business revenue by selling Premium Licenses, Memberships, and Experiences.
- Effectively and consistently manage a list of Premium accounts with a focus on building relationships and developing a rapport to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
- Complete a targeted number of contacts with goals of growing incremental revenue.
- Execute a targeted number of touchpoints with Premium clients throughout the season and maintain accurate and detailed client records in a CRM database.
- Ensure consistent, proactive prospecting to generate new business relationships.
- Assist with any eventday client requirements at Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, and Canada Life Centre events.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Management, Administration, or related field, an asset.
- Three (3) years minimum of sales experience in developing professional business relationships and generating revenue.
- Experience with ticketing systems and/or a CRM software, is an asset.
- Strong communication skills with experience in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Enthusiasm for and/or experience in professional sports sales and/or service an asset.
- Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on an as needed basis.
