    What is the opportunity?

    As a Senior Digital Growth Manager, you will help lead our efforts to expand and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role demands a highly skilled individual with a track record of driving measurable results through strategic planning and detailed execution.

    Ideal candidates will bring a proactive, hands-on approach and thrive in a dynamic environment where they can use their extensive experience in digital marketing and data analysis to impact our growth objectives significantly.

    What will you do?

    • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing and demand gen initiatives to enhance brand visibility, increase qualified leads, and boost measurable revenue.
    • Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment with bidding strategies, analytics, SEO, CRO, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to drive incremental pipeline.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and sales, to steer strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Define messaging and brand, helping craft messaging that cuts through the noise.
    • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, refine insights-based strategies, analyze performance and share recommendations.
    • Be accountable for key performance metrics related to the impact and reach of initiatives.

    Here's what we need from you:

    Must-have

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role with hands-on experience in ideation and execution of high-performing marketing campaigns
    • Proven success in scaling demand generation functions through people, technology, data, and processes.
    • Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment
    • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and a passion for data and metrics, including lead scoring, ROI reporting, pipeline forecasting and experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel)
    • Creative design and content development experience (WordPress, Unbounce, Figma)
    • Expertise in customer segmentation, omnichannel strategies, and marketing automation
