Tumbler & Packer

What does a Tumbler & Packer do?

  • Meet Run Rates as per the Process routing sheet
  • Complete paperwork as required.
  • Notifies leadhand / Setters of discrepancies.
  • Ensures that all documentation requirements are met i.e., S.P.C, Precision records and Time sheets.
  • Ensures accuracy of parts prior to leaving workstation
  • Clean parts using the automated ultrasonic cleaner
  • Deburrs Parts, tumble & pack
  • Must be prepared to work on a very tight timeline

What you bring to the table

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Strong knowledge of inspection & measuring equipment
  • Must be prepared to work Continental Shift days / nights if needed
  • High School Diploma

Desired:


  • CNC training courses
  • 1 2 years experience in CNC Machine or Manual machine
  • Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: packer, tumbler, machine operator, CNC, CNC operator, manufacturing, operator_

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
