About the team you are joining


You will report to the Assistant Director, Corporate Communications, Canada/Latin America, and support the roll-out of global communications activities (both external and internal) of the IATA Corporate Communications Team.

What your day would be like

  • Support internal communications activities by assisting in drafting messages, uploading posts on the intranet and photography/filming as required;
  • Assist in social media activities including monitoring account activities, posting provided texts to the appropriate channels as well as designing assets to support messaging;
  • Support press release distribution, including updating media contact database;
  • Assist the Web Team in content creation and updates for ;
  • Support IATA events by assisting with media travel request and content/program updates;
Recording videos.

We would love to hear from you if

  • You have excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • You are an effective team player in a multicultural working environment;
  • You have excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project; and basic website CMS knowledge;
  • You are proficient in English. Knowledge of any other language would be an asset, especially French, Spanish and/or Portuguese;
  • Have experience in video production/editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects / Final Cut Pro / Apple Motion), visual communications (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator) would be an asset;
  • Come join us if you graduated in the last 12 months in Communications or a related field of study
