We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual for the positon of
Part-time Dispatch Clerk to join our team.

You will be responsible for administrative support to the Dispatch Team in order to meet service delivery expectations.

Requirements:

Successful completion of Grade twelve (12), with a minimum of one (1) year transportation industry experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Knowledge of LTL freight requirements.
Proven proficiency with MS Office and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, in order to be effective in requesting and delivering information
Customer focused; takes responsibility for meeting internal and external customer requirements
Ability to work as part of a team; collaborating with others to achieve goals
A positive attitude that communicates jobrelated issues with a constructive, problem solving approach
