Under the direct supervision of the Finished Goods & Repack Team Leader and broad supervision of the Finished Product Coordinator, the Finished Goods & Repack Worker will be responsible for hand packing the finished nutrition bars and preparing the product for shipping while maintaining exceptional health and safety standards in a high-performance environment The Finished Goods Repack Worker will be responsible all work performed adheres to all organizational standards as well as safety regulations and guidelines.
This position is labour-intensive requiring individuals to perform repetitive tasks, have manual dexterity, the ability to lift heavy items and stand/crouch/bend/reach and stoop for long periods of time.
Primary Duties
- packing food bars into various assortments into cartons, placing filled cartons on pallets and general packaged good handling, moving pallets using a pallet jack
- Monitoring quality of wrapper seal, appearance, and date printing and report/segregate all items that do not meet quality standards
- Work on the production line when needed
- Assigned to other related duties by management from time to time
About You:
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Perform all work to organizational standards to ensure final product meets quality standards.
- Determine and report product and equipment malfunctions to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area at all times.

- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time.
- Previous food production work considered an asset but not necessary
- Ability to safely lift up to 1015kg continuously throughout the day.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. Ability to work as a team.
- Commitment to accuracy and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Highly flexible, with good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
