Vue d'ensemble:
Element has an opportunity for a

Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, responsible for recovering, managing and consolidating all the information necessary for the initiation of projects in the laboratories (contract review), either with customers or the various internal stakeholders in order to build the project correctly. This person will also be responsible to perform invoicing, quotes and have daily customer interaction.


**Responsabilités:
  • Receiving of samples in the laboratory
  • Prepare and submit quotes to customers. Ensure that all information provided by customers is correct and complete
  • Invoicing and requests for credit/payment in advance
  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders (salesperson, project managers, technician)
  • Subcontracting and shipping samples either internally or externally to suppliers
  • Monitering of documentation using LIMS
  • Other tasks as assigned

Compétences / Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or higher in a Technical or Logistics field
years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to lift up to 20kg
