Who we need

What's in it for you

You will have the chance to make an impact on our service levels.


What you will do

Manage inbox. You will stay on top of a busy inbox, filing, forwarding, downloading, and achieving correspondence as needed.


Act as a backup. You will assist the mailroom clerk by sorting, distributing, and mailing letters and scanning indexing for various teams.


Review claims. You will confirm coverage and set up claims from third-party administrators (TPA). You will document applicable notes and set follow-up reminders accordingly. You will handle all intakes involving the TPA.


Track and process. You will receive work items from adjudicators and set them up in the system for payment. You will request and process invoices. You will track customer information from business partners required for credit claims processing.


Ensure compliance. You will verify and track incoming correspondence to comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements.


Support. You will be the point of contact for the team, answering questions and assisting the team with inquiries and other related matters. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
