Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting all regular positions within Canada.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand the role, recruitment process, timelines, and recruiting best practices
  • Manage all applicant tracking systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, and various job boards
  • Work closely with the other HR team to prepare for new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Recommend and manage recruitment and employer branding strategies, best practices, and projects as required potentially.
  • Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and results, while providing insights to hiring managers and the HR leaders
  • Work with HR leader to overview and upgrade the HR policy and procedures in aligning with Fuantuan's goals and objectives
  • Employment Retention related works

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • English and Mandarin language is a must
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of recruiting in a fastpaced and selfdirected environment
  • Experience developing employer brand initiatives, and involving in recruitment projects
  • Experience reporting results, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Selfstarter and proactive
  • A desire to pursue the HR career path passionately and consistently.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience in fastpaced, energetic startup environment
  • Ability to effectively multitask and wear many hats
  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing business conditions and priorities
