Key responsibilities

Answering telephone reservation inquires
Follow up on website enquiries.
Price negotiating within given guidelines and booking suites.
Ensuring high Occupancy in suites with competitive rates.
Entering Reservations into our VMS / CRM Software Program
Tracking Sales Leads and following up on a regular basis
Preparation of quotes and invoices, processing payments
Must be able to take afterhour calls on Rotation weekly shifts.

Education and Qualifications:

Diploma in Business an asset
5+ years customer service and / or Sales experience with a history of proven success in Corporate Housing, Hotel, Real state or related industry experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple needs of clients.
Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Presentations
