Key responsibilities- Answering telephone reservation inquires
- Follow up on website enquiries.
- Price negotiating within given guidelines and booking suites.
- Ensuring high Occupancy in suites with competitive rates.
- Entering Reservations into our VMS / CRM Software Program
- Tracking Sales Leads and following up on a regular basis
- Preparation of quotes and invoices, processing payments
- Must be able to take afterhour calls on Rotation weekly shifts.
Education and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business an asset
- 5+ years customer service and / or Sales experience with a history of proven success in Corporate Housing, Hotel, Real state or related industry experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple needs of clients.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Presentations
