Clinical Research Analyst at Toronto Centre for Liver Disease.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or recognized equivalent, in a health or sciencerelated discipline
  • One to two years appropriate clinical and/or professional experience
  • At least one (1) year clinical research experience
  • Experience and expertise in recruiting patients required to clinical trial
  • Knowledge of research regulations and guidelines, such as ICH/GCP guidelines, Tri-Council Policy, Declaration of Helsinki and FDA CFR and Health Canada TPD, as required
  • Knowledge of IATA shipping regulations and basic laboratory procedures, as required
  • Excellent problem solving skills required
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team in a health care setting an asset
  • Experience working with autoimmune liver disease an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization, prioritization skills, good computer skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently, and high level of comfort with diverse population
  • Must be able to work in a variety of social and physical setting, including lifting boxes; flexible to work some weekends
  • Valid Ontario Driver's license and ability to travel between sites by car or public transportation
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks
