Position Summary


Working under the direction of the Program Manager, the Clinical Research Coordinator will be a regulated health professional to lead clinical trials and projects within the AI department.


Duties

  • Applies advanced knowledge of clinical research principles and practice
  • Applies clinical knowledge of own practice area, this includes study recruitment
  • Manages the entire REB lifecycles
  • Applies knowledge of research regulations and guidelines
  • Manages and assists with protocol development
  • Develops and manages the research goals
  • Completed assignments may be reviewed to ensure conformity to research objectives
  • Assist with Grant Writing
  • Liaises with study team members to ensure high standards of quality and optimal management of research participant care
  • Assists as a clinical liaison within the department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or recognized equivalent, and current certificate of competence (licensure/registration) from a college legislated under the _Regulated Health Professions Act)_
  • Holds recognized certification in clinical research (e.g., ACRP or SOCRA)
  • Experience with clinical trial management
  • 3 to 5 years clinical and/or professional experience, and At least 3 years clinical research experience
  • Prior experience in Artificial Intelligence
  • Maintains accreditation & membership "in good standing" with relevant RHP college
