Description

We are on a journey to assemble multiple industry-leading players into the most agile and efficient provider in the Canadian market.

We are looking for "Bilingual Inside Sales Representative" to work in a hybrid work environment at our Montreal or Ottawa office.

You will contribute to the team by performing the following:

Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual quota
Respond to requests from potential leads from different sources (web, phone, chat) and confirm that they meet our criteria
Create and monitor the progress of sales opportunities
Utilizing SalesForce to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage leads
Collaborating with Sales Supervisor and supporting teams to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Overcoming objections of prospective customers
Supporting, upselling and renewing existing customer's products, must have a "Closer's midset".
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Perform other duties as required

What qualifications do you bring to the team?

Bilingualism is MANDATORY

2-5 years of Canadian Business-to-Business experience in telecommunication (Voice and Data) Sales

Track record of overachieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
This position offers a competitive base plus commission/bonus structure.
