Bilingual Customer Support Representative

We're looking for a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, who can work independently and as a part of our Customer Support Team.

Responsibilities
- Operate in a fastpaced dynamic setting, managing approximately 5060 interactions per day.
- Provide a support experience that is compassionate yet concise.
- Communicate with clients independently _without _the use of scripts to troubleshoot and solve problems, with your teams' support as needed.
- Collaborate with the team members to create and improve our internal and external knowledge base to further enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in both verbal and written French and English languages is required.
- Frontline virtual customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Expert in troubleshooting, navigating technical environments and figuring out how things work.
- Passionate about customerfocused service and willing to go the extra mile to create customer delight
