Responsibilities:


  • Through sales visits, understand the business status and actual needs of merchants and combine consumer consumption trends to formulate personalized marketing plans, negotiate with merchants and reach cooperation;
  • Independently explore the market, keenly grasp the market dynamics, independently develop and maintain customers, and complete the company's specified personal sales targets;
  • Cooperate with various departments of the company to handle user feedback, complaints and suggestions promptly to improve user satisfaction;
  • Responsible for project development, proposal negotiation/contract signing/advertising execution/collection/advertising summary and other project work. Archive and update all target merchant visits, agreements, terms of service and other related documents and data to ensure that the information is properly maintained in the database;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand customer needs, expand and maintain new and old businesses, establish longterm and stable business relationships with businesses, complete online and offline promotion, and recommend the most matching advertising method;
  • Timely discover various problems in business operations, provide effective solutions, and provide timely feedback on market information and provide constructive opinions.

job requirements:


  • College degree or above;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, and Cantonese as a bonus item, and have a high enthusiasm for sales;
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills and logical thinking skills;
  • Tough personality, quick thinking, good adaptability and stressbearing ability;
  • Familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of various media, Internet advertisingrelated knowledge, master various skills of strategic management, business negotiation, and marketing.

岗位职责:
- 通过销售拜访,了解商户的业务现状与实际需求并结合消费者的消费动向,制定个性化营销方案,与商户谈判并达成合作;
- 独立开拓市场,敏锐把握市场动态,独立开发和维护客户,完成公司规定的销售个人指标;
- 与公司各部门配合,及时处理用户反馈、投诉和建议,提高用户满意度;
- 负责项目开拓、提案洽谈/合同签订/广告执行/收款/广告总结等项目工作。归档和更新所有目标商户拜访、协议、服务条款等有关文件和数据,确保信息在数据库中得到正确的维护;
- 与客户进行有效沟通了解客户需求, 拓展维护新老商家,与各商家建立长期稳定的商户关系,完成线上下推广,推荐最匹配的广告投放方式;
- 及时发现业务运作中存在的各种问题,提供有效的解决方案 及时反馈市场信息,提供有建设性的意见。


岗位要求:
- 大专及以上学历;
- 普通话,英语流利,粤语为加分项,对销售工作有较高的热情;
- 有较强的沟通谈判能力和逻辑思维能力;
- 性格坚韧,思维敏捷,具备良好的应变能力和承压能力;
- 熟悉各种媒体优劣势,互联网广告相关知识,掌握战略管理,商务谈判,市场营销的各种技巧。
