    We are looking for a focused and hands-on people leader with a passion for reliable systems to take extreme ownership of the production operations of our vehicle data systems.

    You will work alongside engineering leaders to educate, advocate, and ensure we are delivering a quality and reliable product from the vehicle to our customers in the cloud.

    Build and lead a global team of site reliability engineers responsible for system reliability, capacity planning, system monitoring, and incident response.

    Work with product and engineering teams to set the strategy for right-sizing reliability.
    Implement best practices for system performance, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
    Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of vehicle data systems.
    Establish robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms for early detection of issues.
    Lead incident response efforts during system outages or performance degradation.
