The Role:
The Store Manager will provide appropriate guidance on collision repair and customer service to ensure high-quality repairs and a high level of customer experience.
Duties:
- Lead a strong team of technicians to operate in an effective manner and maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Ensure that every employee is focused on providing exceptional customer service.
- Hold daily Production Meetings with all members of the production team.
- Monitor key performance indicators including daily production statistics and benchmarks to meet our customer's expectations and production demands.
- Supervise parts procurement, parts inventory, and accurate parts ETA.
- Monitor supplements, LOR, and production scheduling to meet sales targets.
- Ensure insurance scorecards are met.
- Review warranties /comebacks and make a sound business decision.
Qualifications:
- Valid status in Canada and can work for any employer without need for sponsorship
- 5 years of Management experience in a Collision Centre or Automotive environment.
- Must have a complete understanding of the collision repair process and familiarity with insurance repair procedures.
- Must have solid Mitchell Connect and Summit skills.
- Must be able to write good estimates/damage collision appraisal sheets.
- Must know how to run production in a body shop/collision shop.
- Must be able to work fulltime onsite (SE Calgary, AB).
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
