We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator Intern to join our Montreal team for a 4-month term.

The Project Coordinator Intern will assist our project management team in the overall planning, organization and coordination of our construction projects, situated in either the West Island or the downtown Montreal area.

More specifically, they will provide a high-level support in the tendering phase, will liaise with subcontractors to obtain pricing, update trade lists, coordinate and follow-up on plans and shop drawings, manage change orders and perform any other administrative project delivery functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Engineering, or similar) at a post-secondary level and will have the following set of skills and competencies:

Above standard time-management, organization and analytical skills, results-driven
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Previous construction experience is an asset
