The team you'll be part of
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society.

Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The Community Broadband Network Services group works with non-traditional network customers to design and implement new fixed access networks.

We serve as customer advocates through the network development process, providing information on best practices and solution assessments as well as reporting and field auditing services.


What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Lead a team to develop a project plan and assess a responsibility matrix and identify gaps in responsibility. Oversee the implementation of the project plan ensure the delivery of a quality network to the customer on time and in budget.
  • Create a schedule and conduct risk assessment and reporting to alert stakeholders of potential issues and mitigations
  • Drive technical solution partners to ensure a functioning network is delivered to the customer
  • Development and train extended team on processes to be followed throughout the project.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • At least 10 years of experience managing fiber development projects
  • Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical customers
  • Inquisitive and persistent nature to identify issues and develop and drive implementation of solutions

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Vendor management or construction management experience
  • Project Management Professional certification
