Summary:


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business/territory plans to achieve targets
  • Sell assigned portfolio solution mix of product.
  • Close business consistently at or above target revenue and margin levels.
  • Follow up and close out Sales Leads in a timely manner.
  • Penetrate new target accounts and maintain key accounts to increase market share.
  • Participate in applicable Trade Shows, Associations and local inhouse shows and seminars.
  • Attend and participate in Sales/Training Meetings as a solid team player.
  • Be responsible for and initiate selfdevelopment to elevate job knowledge and selfeducation.

Qualifications

  • 35+ years' experience in sales with strong track record of success
  • Bilingual, English and French
  • Ability to identify customer needs and identify appropriate offering
  • Technical / Engineering background is an asset
  • Strong people skills
  • Autonomous
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Good prioritization
  • Analytical mindset, ability for raising and solving problems
  • Resourceful
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
