- Championing a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships;
- Contributing to the profitable development of Canadian Business Banking by ensuring timely analysis, structuring, and presentation of credit proposals;
- Providing recommendations for pricing, terms, conditions, and covenants;
- Ensuring accurate communication and implementation of authorization terms and conditions;
- Maintaining the quality of the credit portfolio through control and administration of specific conditions;
- Providing coaching and oversight to Credit Analysts.
- University degree in business or economics;
- Commitment to participate in additional training as required.
- 2-5 years of previous work experience preferred;
- In-depth knowledge of lending policies, financial statements, and accounting principles;
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and Canada's financial services marketplace;
- Excellent risk assessment and credit skills;
- Good sales management, coaching, and leadership skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in commercial Banking products and services;
- Thorough knowledge of competitor offerings and alternative financing sources.
- Standard office-based environment with occasional non-standard hours.

Purpose: Contribute to Canadian Business Banking success by executing specific goals and plans to support the team's strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
The Senior Credit Solutions Manager (Sr.CSM) provides financial solutions for clients by performing tasks such as risk analysis, deal structuring, credit pricing, negotiation, and presentation in collaboration with the Senior Client Relationship Manager 'SCRM'. The incumbent interacts directly with clients and liaises with Global Risk Management during the credit decision-making process.
Specializing in credit, the incumbent manages a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with credit metrics and monitoring for negative trends. Collaboration with SCRM, Credit Analysts, and Service Specialists is key.
