Job Responsibilities:

Champion and conduct professional Project Management; provide cost estimates and develop project business cases; prepare and execute conceptual designs; engage consultants; supervise construction and contractors; control costs; commission; and project handover.
Bring a solutions mindset and strive to provide innovative advantage to the business.
Communicate regularly with operations, functional authorities, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration and prioritization of technical issues and activities.
Recommend improvements in areas of energy conservation, product implementation, quality control and construction procedures by assessing existing plants and projects.
Develop and implement 5 Year CAPEX and Operating Budgets for major repair and replacement projects jointly with department's Fixed Equipment Maintenance and Environment teams.
Maintain a safe working environment by promoting a strong safety culture, enforcing all safety guidelines, and ensuring compliance under legislation and corporate requirements.
Embed Corporate Social Responsibility in day to day thinking and actions.

Requirements:

University degree with discipline in Engineering
1 to 3 years of experience in project management or operations management roles
Strong communication and time management skills
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
Sound computers skills (MS Office, Excel, Power point, Project, AutoCAD)
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
Ability to work in an outdoor environment, with frequent exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise is required.
Safety oriented and sound knowledge of OH&S policies, procedures and regulations are preferred.
Valid G License
