    Description

    AbleLiving Services is a non-profit organization offering personal support services to adults with disabilities and seniors living independently. We strive to help our clients enhance their quality of life by providing customizable services across the Golden Horseshoe in various communities.

    We are looking for a Part-Time Community Housekeeper to join our team in the Mississauga Area, responsible for providing personal support services in-home and at our supportive housing programs. While some positions may involve travel, owning a vehicle is not mandatory.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Housekeepers at AbleLiving perform general light housekeeping and cleaning services under the client's direction. Duties may include:

    • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
    • Dusting surfaces
    • Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
    • Trash disposal
    • Making beds and laundry
    • Dishwashing

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Caring and client-focused
    • Willingness to Learn
    • Ability to work independently
    • Previous experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities is an asset
    • Police clearance and Health Certificate required
