CFSPD is the lead agency to the
Safe Centre of Peel- a partnership of 17 social service organizations.

Safe Centre is a safe and welcoming space where many agencies work collaboratively and integrate services to respond to victims and survivors of intimate partner violence at a single location.


Position Summary


CFSPD is currently seeking a Clinical Services Administrator who is experienced in providing administrative support to clients, staff, and agency programs to ensure a responsive and efficient front door to the agency.

This position will be based in Brampton, Ontario, and is fully in-person.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide internal referrals to agency programs.
  • Provide information on community resources appropriate to clients' identified needs.
  • Notify client regarding appointment availability, including booking appointments and cancellations when necessary.
  • Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, ordering business cards, shredding, filing and courier.
  • Providing reception coverage
  • Track, maintain, and update program specific client counts.
  • Provide additional administrative support to management, as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary diploma/degree in a related social service discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of officerelated experience
  • Understanding the dynamics of intimate partner violence and its effects on survivors/victims and children
  • Strong communication skills, ability to deal tactfully with community members, and staff
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Enthusiastic, warm and friendly personality, with a demonstrated clientservice orientation
  • Detail oriented with ability to check documents for accuracy
  • Working knowledge pertaining to modern office methods and procedures, equipment and filing systems
  • A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records check
  • Willing to work within a Catholic values framework
