Cooks M/F for its Dorval Unit.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, package and prepare dishes
  • Check defrosting, cooking and cooling temperatures
  • Guarantee product quality (presentation, freshness, taste, etc.)
  • Check compliance with technical specifications
  • Inform the purchasing department of needs and shortages
  • Control losses and reserves as closely as possible (disposals book)
  • Film, label and put away products at the end of each operation
  • Label and properly store all opened products
  • Check and respect bestbefore dates
  • Clean utensils, equipment and work surfaces
  • Clean, wash and sanitize premises in accordance with cleaning plan at end of each shift
  • Inspect premises and equipment to ensure compliance after washing
  • Complete various HACCP documents
  • Participate in drawing up schedules
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Positive attitude, ability to make suggestions and real leadership skills;
