About the role:
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Division Manager and will provide exceptional customer service in person and on the telephone.
This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday and is based out of our
Kemptville division.

In this role, you will:

- Respond to customer inquiries, in person or on the phone
- Take customer orders for goods or services; promote goods or services; respond to inquiries and update accounts.
- Provide information about accounts; update accounts; initiate billing and process payments; and receive payment for services.
- Performs Accounts receivable tasks including contacting customers.
- Daily Bank deposits.
- Process overthecounter Lubricant sales.
- Cardlock inventory Fuel movements.
- Cardlock administration.
- Complete and review daily truck reports.
- Ensure all customer billing is accurate and on time.
- Works to ensure customer files are up to date.
- Ensures supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time
- Communicate with drivers on matters of schedules, routes, and changes.
- Dispatch, reroute, or reorganize deliveries when required.
- Prepares progress reports to ensure processes are in control.
- Contributes to the monthend process.
- Works with sales and operations colleagues to assist in the coordination of installations and/or repairs.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service/clerical role is required.
- Someone who shares our company values.
- Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision and exceed expectations.
- A high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written, and telephone.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, and juggle competing deadlines and multiple priorities.
