Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Assist customers with processing returns, and handling complaints.
- Oversea customer experience.
Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex cases to higherlevel support when necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and support metrics.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and updates.
- Educate customers on product use and maintenance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
