    Description

    In 1970, CSN Brimell was born as a 1000 sq ft collision repair center in Scarborough, ON. Today, it stands as an 18,000 sq ft cutting-edge facility, highly regarded in the collision industry for its innovation and efficient processes. CSN Brimell holds multiple Original Manufacturer certifications and is the go-to collision repair shop for major insurance companies.

    Primary Objectives of the Role

    • Set clear expectations and educate customers on the repair process
    • Demonstrate expertise in estimating software for precise estimates
    • Understanding insurer requirements and various assignment terms
    • Collect necessary information from the insured
    • Inspect vehicles with customers to identify damages
    • Photo document damages following shop and insurer guidelines
    • Determine drivability of vehicles
    • Write detailed estimates complying with OEM standards
    • Manage repair costs effectively for insurers
    • Ensure accurate communication with insurers and customers
    • Select appropriate parts for repairs
    • Keep estimates up-to-date throughout the repair process
    • Quality control to deliver a flawless final product to the customer
    • Deliver vehicles, explaining repairs when necessary
    • Inspect vehicles to ensure repairs meet standards

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Mitchell Connect and Audatex software
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Collision Estimator
    • 3-5 years of experience with Mitchell Connect and Audatex
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Knowledgeable in various Insurance DRP practices/guidelines
    • Asset: I-CAR training
