Job Description:
DESCRIPTION:
Hours of work required for this position are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ensure a continuous presence in common areas to be readily available for assistance to tenants or the public.
- Control building access by ensuring couriers, contractors, and other agents are directed accordingly.
- Support lobby events, information desk, parking validation, tenant handouts, or similar tasks as applicable.
- Report on any building maintenance issues and coordinate with Property Management, Building Security, and cleaning staff to address concerns and incidents promptly.
- Familiarize with building emergency procedures and assist Tenants and Building Security during emergencies.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate hazards to reduce workplace risk.
- Engage in training and continuing education to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to work safely.
- Immediately report SH&E incidents, nearmisses, unsafe conditions, and/or atrisk behaviors to their supervisor; then diligently work to correct the problem.
- Promote safe work practices and safe working conditions in accordance with all Brookfield Properties Safe Work Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact comfortably with a diverse range of people, including tenants, guests, and clients.
A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude is also essential for creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Additionally, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently are important, as this position requires taking ownership of responsibilities and proactive efforts to ensure that the property is maintained to the standards set by Brookfield Properties.

- Ability to work in a challenging, fastpaced, multitasked environment.
- Hospitality experience is an asset.
EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:
- Minimum Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certificate is an asset.
