Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Administration Management - 70%

  • Collaborate with department managers in order to support the Studio's overall financial targets
  • Oversee thirdparty and freelance Purchase Order creation on behalf of all hiring managers in Studio
  • Coordinate the process and report on all third party invoices and payments requests, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Escalate payment issues when required, ensuring proper followup and necessary resolutions are completed
  • Monitor monthtodate tracking of expenses in order to budget and proactively escalate risks when required
  • Oversee freelancer service agreements based on preapproved templates and rates
  • Support Manager in identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects related to the daytoday responsibilities of the Studio Production Clerks

People Leadership and Development - 30%

  • Act as a Lead, providing support and guidance to a team of Studio Production Clerks
  • Support the Manager's recruitment strategy by screening, interviewing and onboarding to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration within the team
  • Actively participate and lead the development of training documentation
  • Support the Manager, Planning & Strategy in the performance management process for team members

Qualifications:


  • College diploma or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 57 years experience in a finance or administration role, with 12 years of previous leadership experience
  • Experience in SAP an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
