As a Road Claims Advisor, you will help oversee and maintain business relationships with members and clients for any claim following a loss.

Your role will be to oversee highly complex member/client home insurance claims or moderately complex accident and bodily injury claims.

You will investigate the circumstances and proceed with the claims.

You will help solve problems through analysis and by capitalizing on your comprehensive knowledge of this line of business.

Able to make quality decisions, you will develop solutions, negotiate the accident settlement and reach an agreement with the member, client, third party, or any other stakeholder.

You will advise and coach clients, and represent and commit the organization when reaching an agreement with them. Therefore, excellent interpersonal skills are an essential requirement.

Qualifications:

General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
