This position is responsible for the overall safety on a project site. This position develops, implements, monitors corporate client safety programs and policies; conducts safety assessments and complies with reporting requirements; interprets and enforces applicable staet and federal OSHA regulations, EPA, FAA and DOT regulations. Other duties include training, compliance and interatcion with clients, employees, and subcontrators.

Requirements:

-
Bachelor's degree in degree in Safety, Construction Management, or Engineering. Minimum 8 years Industrial Hygienist work experience with a diverse Safety background. Ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control occupational safety health hazards in remediation and construction environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Moose Jaw, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

Industrial Hygienist: 6 years (required)
