    About the Job:

    Job Title: HVAC Technician

    Reporting To: Field Manager

    Department: Home Services Operations - Location: Ottawa

    Vacancies: 2

    Rate of Pay: Pay Rates as defined in the Collective Agreement

    Hours: Flexible shifts available

    Conduct diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of equipment for home service. Vital role in customer interaction and revenue generation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for delivering high customer service excellence
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
    • Complete diagnostic and repair work to company standards
    • Provide expert advice to customers
    • Promote company products and services
    • Maintain tools and equipment
    • Keep company vehicle in good condition
    • Stock vehicle with necessary materials

    Qualifications:

    • Gas Fitter license required
    • Air Conditioning license required
    • CFC Permit required
    • Clean driver's license
    • 5+ years HVAC industry experience
    • Ability to perform physical tasks
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Results-driven

    This position is part of UNIFOR Local 975.
