Prepare, update, and maintain laboratory documents in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL norms.
Perform in-house and on-site calibration of a wide range of field and lab instruments, including digital multimeters(up to 6.5 digits), temperature indicators, clamp meters(up to 1000A using current coil), LCR meters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, ammeters, voltmeters, and current shunts.
Conduct calibration using high-precision calibration equipment such as Fluke 8.5 digit Multifunction calibrator (5522A) and ZEAL 5.5-digit multifunction calibrator.
Calibrate thermal instruments including RTD(4-wire, 3-wire and 2-wire),Thermocouples, temperature gauges, glass thermometers, dry, oil, and liquid temperature baths using SSPRT, S-type thermocouple, and temperature baths.
Perform humidity instrument calibration of hygrometers, dry and wet bulb thermometers using high precision humidity indicator (Rotronic HP 32) and humidity chamber.
Conduct thermal validation of cold rooms, ovens, and furnaces ranging from -80 to 1200 degree celsius using RTD, N-type thermocouple, and data logger.
Calibrate mechanical instruments such as pressure gauges, pressure switches, pressure transmitters, vacuum gauges, and magnehelic gauges using digital pressure indicators and hydraulic/pneumatic comparators.
Calibrate analogue and digital weighing balances, precision balances, using master weights.
Calibrate of field and lab instruments for volume, dimension, and force parameters.
Troubleshoot and adjust instruments to meet specified accuracy levels.
Evaluate uncertainties of electrical, thermal, and mechanical parameters.
Implement Calibration Measurement Capability (CMC) as per standards (NABL, IS, NIST, and Euromet) for laboratory accreditation.Modify and automate calibration report formats using Microsoft Excel and VBA.
Analyze and figure out the Root Cause of the device and repair it.
