Join BBA and put your skills to work by actively supporting the Talent Acquisition team with talent attraction, acquisition and onboarding activities.

  • Help prepare hiring proposal packages.
  • Write letters using templates from our smart document management system.
  • Conduct preliminary analyses.
  • Help coordinate the Employee Referral Program.
  • Input job postings on BBA's Career website and other websites.
  • Review hiring documents and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Perform preemployment screening requests.
  • Help ensure campus recruiting programs run smoothly, including event logistics as well as support for recruiting interns.
  • Coordinate interviews in collaboration with the campus recruiting advisor.
  • Enter data into the computer systems.
  • Support the team in completing projects.

The experience you bring

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or any other relevant Diploma
  • At least three years of experience in an administrative support position
  • Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability and interest in using new technologies
  • Rigour at work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work on a team, anticipate needs and take the necessary actions
  • Asset: experience with an HR module in an ERP system, such as ATS, employee file management, performance management, etc.
