Summary:
The Community /Leasing Coordinator is primarily responsible for acting as the main point of contact for the assigned properties.
The Community Coordinator is to provide both existing and potentially new residents with an impeccable level of customer service through processes established by Greenwin Corp.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative /leasing duties and support to the site staff and Property Manager as requested and as directed by the Property Manager
- Maintain the workflow of maintenance and administrative duties as directed by the Property Manager
- Rectify any tenant issues that may arise and escalate as required
- Manage and maintain accurate database with rent collection/leasing and all other administrative duties as directed by the Property Manager
- Manage and maintain all parking and locker audits
- Manage and maintain purchase orders create, receive and ensure accuracy
- Carry out other duties and/or procedures related to the leasing, marketing, rental and administration of suites as may be assigned by the Property Manager
- Maintain an orderly office area
- Professionally and courteously handle all telephone and 'walkin' enquiries from residents
- Assist in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and public relations which will include all forms of communications with the residents
- Communicate with the Property Manager, team members and site staff on an ongoing basis
- As part of the overall team, maintain goodwill of customer during service period and promote the organization to existing and potential customers
- Work with the team to recommend modifications for service improvement
- Assist team in assessing service performance and customer satisfaction
- Involvement with all community events in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Maintain excellent tenant relations within the assigned property
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the rental/leasing industry (one year experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient with computer software, specifically Word and Excel
- Patient and understanding with residents
- Team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
