Pay Range:
$77,076 - $97,284 plus 6% Market Supplement
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting and understanding business requirements and documenting them in a format that can be understood by feature teams and business partners in an agile environment.
The Business Analyst acts as a conduit between the business community and the delivery teams to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and concepts to be implemented or executed in project, developed in software, or configured in platform.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Continuous improvement- Keeps current with industry best practices and emerging technology and implements as appropriate into software development process.- Stays well informed and maintains knowledge of industry trends and changes.- Works with business partners and product owners to affect improvements to business and development KPIs.- Participates in retrospective exercises for delivery teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Interactions- Provides feedback for prioritization of functional and non-functional requirements.- Works with business partners and feature teams to ensure requirements are properly documented.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Knowledge of techniques in eliciting requirements, including business, technical, non-functional, security, and testing requirements.- Knowledge of various software development lifecycles and project delivery processes (e.g., agile, waterfall).- Skill in documenting epics, features, and user stories.
