Job Duties:

Lead a team of QA specialists and provide guidance and support
Communicate and engage with Senior Leadership on QA projects underway
Implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product.
Lead testing and validation efforts for complex projects.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders during the QA process, automation test scripts and validation processes.
Responsible for technical coaching, training, and daytoday interaction with a team and driving test case development for projects.
Work on supporting complex software development life cycle projects that require support across technical and business functions.
Work with solution architects and developers throughout full life cycle implementations to perform testing.
Monitor bug resolution efforts, document and report defects.
Participate in all aspects of testing including functional, system, integration, performance, automation and UAT.
Work in conjunction with internal delivery services team to ensure Software QA practices related to Design Review and Code Reviews are being performed.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in QA in an IT environment in which you played a key role in building and enhancing a QA function.
Experience working with various automation testing tools and support of IT solutions and related technologies.
Substantial experience with running complex projects and engagements.
Experience working in public sector entity is preferred.
Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
