Your qualifications

Must be at least 19 years of age
Experience working with children 12
Emergency First Aid and CRC
C & AED
20 hours of training in Child Development, Child Guidance and/or Nutrition an asset

Your responsibilities:

Facilitate games and activities for children
Engage and build relationships with children & families
Ensure all children are safe and supervised at all times
Follow all YMCA policies and proceduresThis posting is governed by the Collective Agreement between the YMCA Child Care Centers and BCGEU Local 303.

The important details:

Rate of Pay:
$20.81 per hour
Benefits:Benefits package + FREE Gym Membership paid vacation days and sick leave
Location:Douglas YMCA Kids Club (2150 Brigadoon Ave, Vancouver)
Terms:Permanent, Part-time: 25 hours a week
Shift:Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9:00am & 2:30pm - 6pm-
This is a split shift - must be available in the morning AND the afternoon
