Anderson Therapy Services (ATS) is currently looking for a Child Wellness Navigator/Worker to join our expanding clinical team at Anderson Therapy Services.

ATS offers services focused on bringing out strengths to help individuals overcome obstacles and reach their full potential in school and community.

We currently serve Dundas and surrounding areas, with a large part of our clientele coming from partnerships with Indigenous communities in Ontario, Nunavut, and Quebec.

Our approach involves collaboration to provide personalized therapy services using advanced technology for online sessions tailored to each client's needs and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing assigned contracts in collaboration with Clinical Director and Community Support Manager
Organize meetings with community leaders and team members
Identify community needs and communicate them to the therapy team
Schedule and track tasks for each contract
Provide regular progress reports to communities
Act as the main point of contact for community issues
Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist on communication plans

Qualifications Required:

Post-Secondary diploma in Office Administration or related field
Experience working in Indigenous Communities is an asset
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with diverse clinical and administrative teams
Proficiency in technology, including telepractice tools and Microsoft Office programs
Willingness to travel to Northern First Nations Communities
