    Description

    Fortinet is looking for C programmers experienced in Linux to join the team working on FortiGate, our flagship product known for its outstanding performance and security features. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in network security while collaborating on cutting-edge Fortinet products.



    Responsibilities:
    • Handle bug fixes for FortiGate products.
    • Develop, design, and test software for FortiGate.
    • Maintain, evaluate, and support software and firmware products.
    • Implement new features based on specifications.
    • Explore new technologies to enhance existing products.
    • Maintain and document code using source control system.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of software development experience in Unix/Linux.
    • Proficiency in C/C++, TCP/IP networking, Unix system APIs, and sockets.
    • Strong understanding of C and data structures.
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
