Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Manager, Workforce Planning & Analysis, the Manager, Workforce Planning Data, Systems & Analytics contributes expertise, strategic and tactical leadership to the development and sustainability of innovative company-wide workforce related data, analytics and systems that impact the organization's ability to plan current and future staffing requirements, staffing forecasts and make informed evidence-driven staffing decisions.
This role plays a critical role in defining, developing, improving, implementing, and monitoring workforce related data, analytics, models that include the use of predictive analytics, tools, systems, technologies, and reports that drive staffing forecasting and monitoring.

In this role you will:
- Develops and continuously improves an organizationwide Strategic Workforce Planning strategy, framework, and approach to support the Organization's strategies and initiatives related to planning for the workforce.
- Leads the design, improvement, implementation, and adoption of workforce planning data, analytics, models, dashboards, reporting, trending, and tools. Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify and select the most appropriate solutions.
- As the Business Process Owner (PBO) of workforce planning tools, technologies, dashboards, etc. identifies, develops, recommends, and implements system requirements and enhancements, and collaborates with stakeholders to develop and recommend processes involving these tools and technologies.
- Leads and manages a team of Business Insight Analysts responsible for providing data, analysis and analytics expertise to Workforce Planning as well as many other stakeholders.
- Proactively analyses and validates results against objectives and outcomes, and monitors workforce data, plans, and risks at an organisation and business client level to ensure workforce objectives are heading in the right direction.
- Leads, participates, or collaborates with Project Management activities within the department to develop or implement initiatives, including improvements in the performance of workforce planning related data and systems or to meet the needs of the organization.
- Perform indepth analysis, and synthesize results into actionable business insights, and develop and deliver presentations, including compelling data visualizations, to business leaders on workforce trends and metrics that impact business outcomes.
What you bring:
- University Degree in a related field OR a combination of equivalent work experience, education and training.
- 3 years of experience in conducting analysis and developing/adapting and testing data analysis, modelling tools, simulation models, and technologies.
- 3 years of experience in People management.
- Experience with data systems, architecture and liaising with technology groups.
- Experience with Planning fundamentals, including workforce planning and project planning.
- Experience in developing and implementing complex activities/projects, tools, and datadriven models.
- Experience in leading initiatives, conducting change management and influencing stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of Workforce Planning data and analytics (such as descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, demographics, trending)
- Knowledge of data mining/modeling tools and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of principles and techniques for performance measurement (KPIs)
- Knowledge of principles of data quality assurance and data integrity, including data collection techniques.
- Knowledge of statistics (collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting empirical data) and scenariomodelling practices
- Knowledge of Data Visualization techniques and Business Intelligence Tools (such as Power BI)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
