Customer Service Representative - Newmarket, Canada - Oatey
Description
Position Responsibilities- Enter, proof, and edit customer orders and back-orders according to published policies and procedures to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and customized requests.
- Collaborate with team members to support incoming calls.
- Coordinate problem resolution with internal partners and sales representatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required
- One (1) to three (3) years prior customer service experience. (Retail/Fast Food/Server etc. Experience Welcome)
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- English language fluency in both oral and written form.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
