Position Responsibilities


  • Enter, proof, and edit customer orders and back-orders according to published policies and procedures to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and customized requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to support incoming calls.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with internal partners and sales representatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience

Required

  • One (1) to three (3) years prior customer service experience. (Retail/Fast Food/Server etc. Experience Welcome)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • English language fluency in both oral and written form.
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
Education and Certification

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
