Bring your strong technical writing skills to the Assistive Devices Program, Delivery and Eligibility Review Branch to help ensure efficiency and consistency with Program Delivery and Evaluation Branch user specifications in accordance with Ministry standards.

What can I expect to do in this role?: You will:
- Research and analyze policy, procedures and system requirements
- Develop and maintain effective and comprehensive enduser documentation, policy and procedures manuals
- Actively participate and contribute to working groups
How do I qualify?:
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- You have advanced technical writing skills and policy and procedures analysis skills
- You have thorough knowledge of paper and electronic publishing, graphics and database management programs and presentation formats
- You understand government objectives and decision making processes
Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills:
- You communicate effectively and can prepare and present information in a clear and concise manner
- You use your interpersonal skills and sound judgement to develop strong business relationships and negotiate issues
Project Management, Research and Analytical Skills:
- You can plan and organize your time and resources to complete assigned tasks
- You can research and analyze information to produce comprehensive and easy to understand materials
Computer Skills:
- You are proficient with various computer software packages (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- You have ability to learn complex programs (i.e. FrameMaker, Visio, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Paint Shop Pro)
