What You'll Be Doing

  • Collecting and managing quantitative and qualitative data through surveys and interviews;
  • Conducting quantitative data analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS) to analyze survey data;
  • Conducting qualitative data analysis using software (e.g., NVivo) to analyze interview transcripts and other qualitative data;
  • Assisting in writing and editing research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for dissemination of findings;
  • Participating in research team meetings, presentations, and other projectrelated activities;
  • Ensuring compliance with research ethics and protocols throughout the research process;
  • Assisting in other researchrelated tasks and administrative duties as needed.

  • Master's degree completed or in progress in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work).
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS) and qualitative data analysis using software (e.g., NVivo).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with research ethics and procedures.
  • Previous experience in mixed methods research, including designing and conducting mixed methods studies is an asset.
  • Prior experience with grant writing and manuscript preparation is an asset.
