What You'll Be Doing

Collecting and managing quantitative and qualitative data through surveys and interviews;
Conducting quantitative data analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS) to analyze survey data;
Conducting qualitative data analysis using software (e.g., NVivo) to analyze interview transcripts and other qualitative data;
Assisting in writing and editing research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for dissemination of findings;
Participating in research team meetings, presentations, and other projectrelated activities;
Ensuring compliance with research ethics and protocols throughout the research process;
Assisting in other researchrelated tasks and administrative duties as needed.

written and verbal communication skills with report writing experience.

Master's degree completed or in progress in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work).
Experience in quantitative data analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS) and qualitative data analysis using software (e.g., NVivo).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with research ethics and procedures.
Previous experience in mixed methods research, including designing and conducting mixed methods studies is an asset.
Prior experience with grant writing and manuscript preparation is an asset.
