Description

As Visual Communications Advisor supporting Communications and Business Development Solutions, Group Benefits and Retirement Savings, you will provide high-quality and timely graphic support for various presentations and communications aimed at clients, group advisors and plan members.

Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be put to good use as you share your ideas and help solve any project-related problems that may crop up.

More specifically, you will be required to:

Work with communications writers and project managers to develop brand messaging for plan members, brokers/consultants and clients-
Prepare and coordinate the production of presentations for brokers/consultants, clients and plan members in collaboration with various partners (business development and operations sectors)
Make sure the mandate parameters are understood and that deadlines are always met
Compile and integrate the comments of various collaborators and perform quality control on the final communication/presentationWhat we offer

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of one year of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Expertise in communicating creativity while meeting graphic standards- Intermediate proficiency in French, both spoken and written- Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English due to the nature of the duties or work tools, or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and clients- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word- Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop- Knowledge of Adobe AcrobatCommunicates effectively, Plans and aligns
