Job Summary:


The goal of a dental and medical equipment service technician is to ensure that healthcare professionals have access to reliable, well-maintained equipment that allows them to provide high - quality care to their patients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on Dental and medical equipment, including diagnostic, and monitoring the equipment.
  • Performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates effectively and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting issues with equipment and providing solutions to problems.
  • Keeping accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical certification or degree in electronics, biomedical engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of repairing and servicing medical equipment is required.
  • Customer Service Experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license. (Recommended but not a required).

Skills:


  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
