Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform various aesthetic treatments including Laser, chemical peels, and Body contouring
  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by providing personalized attention and care to each client
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend products for athome use
  • Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences

Requirements:


  • Valid state license as an Aesthetician
  • Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments and procedures
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
  • Knowledge of hospitality principles to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
  • Ability to upsell services or products to enhance the client experience and drive sales
  • Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and handling inquiries
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in body waxing techniques with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Medical aesthetician: 3 years (required)
