What you will do:
- Ongoing training on systems and sales strategies, and leveraging a strong business acumen to guide and optimize performance of our people and processes
- Monitor our regional centres' KPIs and deliver on reporting, analyzing the data, and making decisions to maximize sales and profit objectives
- Support ongoing communications within the region and liaising with our Head and Global offices
- An entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities to develop business and community relations
- Contribute to the evolving organizational culture within HearCANADA and work as an ambassador to our mission, vision, and values
- Work with other departments (marketing, facilities, HR) to maximize the success and compliance in the region
- Maintain knowledge of product/equipment including minor troubleshooting, working knowledge of vendors and contractor services
- Oversee and support execution of marketing plan for region, including outreach initiatives such as community events and/or physician outreach
What we are looking for:
- Postsecondary education in business or audiology. A combination of education and experience deemed equivalent would also be considered
- 5+ years' experience managing people and operations (within a healthcare/retail setting would be considered a strong asset)
- Demonstrable experience guiding direct and indirect reports through change management
- Superior oral and written communication skills with a high energy "cando" spirit
- Keen attentiontodetail for time management, organization, and the ability to delegate as needed
- Ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients, coworkers, community partners, and other internal/external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently to visit various HearCANADA centres in Manitoba
